The Minister stated that it would be a one-of-a-kind center in the North East that would offer both outpatient and inpatient yoga and naturopathy treatments.
He also said that the Moraji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) and Dibrugarh University have signed a memorandum of understanding to create a community of yoga practitioners.
